Call centre just not answering!!!!!

I have been trying to call the legal department for the last month! Every single time nobody answers! Today I have waited, listening to music for 33min!!! finally somebody picked up the phone as you can hear conversations in the background and then puts the phone down. What the hell is going on there. I have spoken to the customer services voicing my issue and they say, \ sorry sir, let me put you thru again. Can somebody from the LEGAL Department contact me PLEASE!!!"
