call centre issue

<p>My accounts with cell c all of the sudden increased with R300, but all my pakkages is on control chat, I have called customer care, and explained my story, agents every time take my detail, and then put me on hold, aalnd after 10 min. call ends. i never ever get any statements, i gave up asking for it, i have setup my email adres with them, my postal, still dont get any statement on any of my numbers?? why is my account so high?? what must I do to get statements on ALL 4 lines emailed to me? why does the callcentre put you on hold and aftet 10 min. cut line? cant you understand or what?? my cell number ***</p>
