Call centre fail

<p>I called the Cell C call centre on Sunday 12 March requesting them to please upgrade my sim contract as I wanted to increase the data .</p> <p>I was informed by the agent that she would need to log in a call and it would take 24-48 hours for someone to respond.</p> <p>Someone called me Tuesday Morning 14 March unfortunately I was in a meeting that finished just before mid day.</p> <p>I called back Cell C and gave them the case number as per the sms they sent me informing me to call them back as they need to verify my details for security reasons.</p> <p>To my suprise I find out that my case has been closed and I need to open a new one because they couldn't reach me and I need to wait another 24-48 hours .</p> <p>Obviously this is ridiculous so I asked the agent Lebo, to please put me through to the manager whose name in Sindi , I was told to hold but in the background I could hear them speaking and the Sindi manager said she would not take my call, my call was cut afterwards and I was taken to a rating line , obviously I gave them a 0 for a poor service.</p> <p> </p> <p>My question is how is a case closed after 1 phonecall and literallly less than 3 hours DOES CELL C LITERALLY THINK THAT WE SIT AND WHAT FOR PHONE CALLS AND WE DON'T WORK. I'M DISGUSTED BY THEIR SERVICE </p> <p> </p>
