Call centre and customer email unresponsive
Good day<br> <br> I have been trying to convert one of my numbers to prepaid, but the call centre agent informed me that it cannot be done and then promptly hung up. I have had no response to the email I sent. Kindly respond ASAP as this is an urgent matter.<br> <br> Thank you
