Call Centre Agent from Hell- Adrianne- Cell C Upgrade Division

I have been i with cell c for 6 years with no issues, then last year November i get a call from a consultant Adrianne, she rambled on about my early upgrade which i wasnt convinced to do as i told her the package i was on was sufficient, i was getting 300 mins free 300 sms's and 350 mb of data, i already have a data package so that didnt phase me, i was paying R600 a month for 2 phones and both had the same benefits, this girl phones me after that and says she has a package for 350 minutes, 250 sms's and 2 GB of data a month per phone for R399 per phone, i asked her distinctly if this was going to be for the duration of the contract and she said yes, for 3 months now i am getting 120 minutes, 120 sms's and 2 GB of data per phone and when i call Adrianne, she shouts at me and tells me that she told me what i was getting, smooth talker, probably swindling so many people, sucvh a shame that cell c doesnt screen and monitor their call centre agents, her pathetic service is the reason i am going to be leaving cell c and going to another service provider, will not deal with such pathetic low life individuals that shout at customers and dont have common manners but want to represent their companies
