Call centre

I have posted this on the cell c website with the hope of being assisted but than till now no assistance has been received,I believe writing on hello peter i will get the assistance . Copied and pasted the exact message I sent to CellC yesterday.I have a contract with cell for my Samsung galaxy note 3. I have had financial difficulties in the past few months which led to the non payment of my contract. I'm currently under debt review. Yesterday I spoke to Karabo in the legal department and I must say he gave me an excellent service. I called to make arrangements to pay the contract and unfortunately he advised he cant assist with the proof of delivery that I requested. He advised that I should get it from the customer service.I have called in yesterday and I was transferred from one department to the other. I'm really not happy with your services. Is this how you treat people who are under debt review? Non the less I'm not happy with the service I got from your consultants, they have attitude and some of them put me on hold for more than 15 minutes and that's when I actually hang up the phone. All I want is a proof of delivery that's all. The last person I spoke to was Nonthu Bheng
