Call center agents who sit and gossip while on the dialer

How do you call people at 7am! And then have an entire conversation with someone in the call center talking sh#t about the person you calling! Your call center agents are ill mannered and ill disciplined! Then this female has the NERVE to drop my call after me trying to get her attention to tell her I am on the other end and I can hear every word she is saying, instead she is busy talking nonsense.
