Call C lying Consultants

I app**** for an upgrade on 24 May 2021, where consultant told me that i will receive the upgrade phone within 10 days. 10 Days past, i phoned in, and was told that there was never any stock available, but they should receive stock within a week or so, and will dispatch my new phone. Today, almost 2 months later, after 5 calls to pathetic Cell C, still no answer or ETA, but blame put directly on Samsung who cannot deliver their stock. I am disgusted with Cell C, signal always weak, breaking up, and so the list go on. Cell C is a disgrace to cell phone companies. All this started with a lying consultant who could spare me a lot of trouble and unnecessary phone calls. Sies Cell C!!!
