Call back not actioned since the 16/1/2015

here is another example of poor customer services, leave alone all the issues that i have that has not be address. you guys called me on a number that was not provide to you to call. i called 1 day on 18/2/2015 and did bother thereafter. EXTREMELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES if i don't receive a prompt call back i will be contacting the ombudsman. call me on *** regarding the phone or cancell my contract without disconnection fees.<br> <br>
