Call Avoidance

<p>At 16:12 I called to activate a certain service. An Agen lt by the name of Andile at the Durban CBD contact center (prepaid) took my call and pretended as if she can't hear me I kept on saying hello and she just went quite but in the background I could hear them talking, this went on for about 2-3min</p> <p> </p> <p>and I believe if she couldn't hear me she should have tried to speak and after a few seconds advise me that she was gon drop the call because she couldn't hear me but no that did not happen up till I dropped the call. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called back back and the next agent assisted me. Later on after 18:00 I cared and requested to speak to a Team Leader and I spoke with Masibonge Buthelezi and I told her what happened and requested a feedback regarding her findings as she was going to listen to the call. We agreed that by 20:00 she was gon get back to me but nothing. </p> <p> </p> <p>I need someone to listen to the call and advise if that's how agents are trained( call avoidance) </p> <p> </p> <p>if if this is the service I'm gon get I will cancel my contract number I have had with CellC since 2005 cancel my data contract and port my prepaid numbers.
