Call agent mislead client on products to make sale
I got a contract with cell c for WIFI on the 11 April 2019. When I received it I found that my data is not what the call agent told me. And when I called the RETENTION department (on 15 April 2019)they told me that they will not cancel the contract. I should wait a month before I can cancel. I did not understand why I should wait for them as they SOLD ME WHAT I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT. Celll C is never a good choice to make a contract with.

Is it because you made the sale and you don't care anymore.
And calling you guys is a waste of time cz you busy giving us **** references saying my matter has been logged but weeks have passed nobody has called me!
