Call Agent Drops call/False advertising

I logged a request online for the LG G3 contract which was R99 on the website this morning, i received a call from a lady Kholiwe who says she is responding to the request and she will assist me in taking out the contract. The lady said that the contract is available but then when she says the amount R379, I Have screenshots showing that the deal was for R99. Is a marketing tactic to get clients to sign up and then Cell c changes their website? Further to this i requested to speak to her manager and the lady dropped the call
