I went to the branch on the 24th to do payment arrangement as my contract was outstanding and was given an amount to be paid to bring me contract up to date until April and next paying due date will be 25/04/2015.After paying the amount that was quoted they went and debit my account the following day and the debit returned unpaid as I didn't cater for that. Upon following up on the 31/03/2015 I was told the incorrect amount was quoted and I need to pay April premium as it was not included. I Paid the amount on the 01/04/2015 and requested the phone be activated and was told that my contract has been cancelled.<br> <br> The bad pad is no one at Cell C wants to see thing from my point of view all they tell me is their system and their rules. I am now unable to receive call as my sim card has been de active and the is nothing they can do for me until I settle. To them I am just a number and they can even come to my level and attend to me as individual.<br> <br> NO one want to hear my side and want they interested in is want the rules and theirs systems says. I guess I should for another provided who will value me as a client.<br>
