Calendar month notice
Well my contract ends on the 22.04.2016 and i was advised by the call center to contact the retention department to cancel to avoid any debit order month end i was told this on Monday. I call today to cancel I'm being told cancellation is a 30day notice. what i need to know is why wasn't i told about this and what will i be paying for in that 30day notice as my contact is ending. His not professional and his attitude sucks.

As per the terms and conditions of the agreement, you can cancel the agreement by giving Cell C SP 20 working days written notice or notice in any other recorded form of your intention for cancellation.
