C way fibre with zoom

No helpline. If you ask help because the internet is off they block you. They charge you for reconnection fee even if you pay. The are not helpfull unfrendly and the admin that is the owner block you so he will not even try to help you. You dont get the fibre mbs you paid for. There is no branch in my area and the tollfree nr on the website does not exist. I need to sent a email but after 3 days still no response
