C sure Claim
Hi, I have an issue with cell C's C surance I am insured by them for my samsung device and when Iost the device, I made a claim it was approved. I paid my excess on the 4th of August and I was told my device would be delivered after seven working days.When I called the two weeks after that date for a follow up to my surprise,my device wasn't even dispatched yet.I am still waiting till today I am quite dissatisfied by their service.
