C Surance - PABX system needs a good technical service or re-installation. 2 days of multiple calls. Zero answer, or the automated system cuts you off. It cut me at least 30 times and then I finally got through and got a message "Due to the presidents speech on 30 March 2020...." 2 year old news, and the poor president has enough of his own current nonsense. No response to call request text nor emails. I just wanted insurance on my new phone. I am bringing them business.

At the end of the day I got a sweet girl on the line who told me that it will all be recorded.... to delete or what? Do they ever use the recordings to get matters escalated to management and management cares about the maintenance of the system. It is not as if they are in the telecommunications sector ...
