C Surance Robbing their customers

<p>I toke a contract with cell c last year and i also to the insurance as well since last year i have been paying the insurance since last year so this year May my phone was ****** so i did a claim and they gave me another phone but. Now they charging me amounts that i don't know about because i played my insurance on the 25 of april from the 25 april to 25 of may again 25 of may to the 25 of june on the 25 june R119 for the insurance went off my account but my is still outstanding about 63.97 they say its a pro rata from the 13 of may to the 30 of may. And also 104 they say is the billing for the month of jun wich i don't understand i sent them my bank statement to show that i have paid for those months now they close they terminated my contract because they want my to pay the amounts that im not liable for and i also asked them to cancell my insurance because they keep on ripping me of they telling about pro rata amounts to</p>
