c surance not responding to my claim

<p> I have send a claim form on the 27 july to c surance by mail . then i received an email from them telling me that the will respond to my query within 24 busines hours . Till today i havent received anything from them regarding the claim . I have called the call centre no i waited for over 1 hour daily still no</p> <p>answer their contact no is ********** I need to know if they will replace my phone or not and also i need a responce cause i have paid the insurance all these time , please hemp me get the service i deserve</p>
