C Surance mess

Short and sweet of what happened was that C Surance is simply ignoring me because I wanted to claim my Iphone7 - which is a 15k phone. I sent them through everything that I had confirming my subscription, everything that the website said I would need but no response. I have had no problems with cell c itself, but never under any circumstances fall for this sales pitch of C Surance... chances are they will not pay or simply ignore you.
