C surance is utterly useless

C surance is the most unhelpful and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. My cell was sent in for repairs and even after I paid the excess required in order to fix my device, I had continue to phone them every time for an update on my phone only to receive the same response each time it will take 5 to 7 working days which I've been told several times in the last month and a half. The staff is unhelpful and when I ask to speak to a manager they are always not available. They disgusting and people are better off not taking out insurance with them at all.
