C-Surance is the WORST to deal with
C Surance is the worst to deal with. I have spent HOURS on the phone back and forth I just had enough of wasting my time with CELL C. WORST EVER!! (If I could rate something worse than "Terrible" I would) Week 3 no resolution after I have explained my situation numerous times. I have been told I may not speak to a Manager and I must just do what they tell me and then the line was dropped after waiting for how long to be assisted in a queue [Ticket ID: 531202] Ticket ID 705792
