C-Surance is NONsense...

C surance is Nonsense. I am really shocked by the level of service that i received from c-surance, i made a claim with c surance on the 06th of September which i did not receive any feedback, i had to call their call center more than 5 times, which before you speak to a consultant you hold for over an hour, after that you get assist by an *********** consultant that will make you hold in between interactions. i was advised that the details they have do not match what i have and i was referred to the cell-c store where i needed to attain proof that i was given a new mobile, after i had called them when i received my new phone for them to update my details, but now those details are no where to be found.. i have been paying this ****** insurance for the past 3 years without an claims, now i have sent my mobile in for repairs but no joy from this blood department,... i have never been so disgusted by the level of service that i received csurance, they need to take their staff for training on how to speak to clients, my call was hanged up after i requested to speak to a supervisor to escalate the matter... i want all my premiums that i have paid in last 3 years... I AM ****** ****ED!@!!!!!!!!!
