C Surance is ***********

I recently wrote a review about the service I received from cell c. This matter was escalated and I was contacted by cell c repairs to confirm that they have rectified the issue. Now the issue is with C surance they are so rude and not helpful at all after I have already filled in a claim form for my damaged phone with the correct IMEI number which is the correct process to follow when making a claim.When I contacted c surance today the lady told me that I now have to take a picture of the box and email it to them. First of all I have no phone to take a picture with and since when do customers have to take pictures of boxes because its only the claim form that needs to be filled in.honestly I am fed up with Cell c services and all this running around they are making me do when I pay them money every month without fail and then consultants give u attitude on top of that. This is really ridiculous now!!!
