C-SURANCE is horrible don't ensure your valuables with them

30 days after submitting my claim i still don't know what's happening. I called the call center on numerous occasions, i was told i was number 6 on the waiting line asked to press 1 to speak to a consultant after i did that I was number 11 on the waiting list. Instead of moving up the waiting list you actually go down the waiting list. I'm still without a phone 30 days later and i have no idea what's happening but still get debited the insurance premium. Worse than govenment departments.
