C SURANCE IS BAD WHEN IT COMES TO CANCELLATIONS DONT DO THEY JOB PROPERLY AT C SURANCE

What going on why are you guys so ridiculous I have to call 100 times than fone goes off I never get proper assistance and decent solution for your problem you really start **** me off now I'm sick and tired of you not doing your job properly. I cancelled my contract october 2019 and they escalated it Asif I ask them to do so they just do whatever they want to without they client's consent and now they still billing from December coz it was only cancelled on January that not my problem I wanted my contract to be cancelled on October. HERE IM ALSO STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND OF DECEMBER EVERYTHING IS BIG ISSUE WHEN COMES TO RESOLVING PROBLEMS I SPOKEN TO LINDIWE MPO KARABO THE LIST GO ON ... NO HELP FROM THEM
