C Surance ***********

<p>After sending numerous emails, SMSs, phone calls with no joy I have given up on Cell C and C Surance.</p> <p>I have tried to update my contract for some time with no joy, i.e replacing the existing phone on the insurance with a new phone after upgrade and these people will not get back to you, ignore emails and smss and do not answer calls. Finally after a month, they answered the phone, after holding on the line for 1hr 23 mins, to tell me that I must still pay for another month due to a 30 day notice period. If they answered the phone or looked at their emails, I have been trying to do this for more than a month. When I then asked to be transferred to a supervisor or manager, they put the phone down on me - Shame on you C Surance and Cell C for associating with *********** people like this.</p> <p>Be warned - I have every attempt to contact you as proof, if money goes off my account at the end of this month there is going to be lawyers involved</p>
