C surance has very bad service

<p>I've submitted my claim first on the 28th of july through two shops but they claim not receiving it after the first consultant called them for confirmation after a week I found out that they say they didn't receive any documentation and we resent them with a consultant at Clearwater. How do we get to claim yet they never miss their debit order dates, its so wrong because im still going to wait forever..</p>
