C Surance , dont waste your money!

C Surance is a waste of money and they ripped me off! Renewed 2 contracts with Cell C on the same day, the saleswoman put the wrong sim card in the device thats IMEI number was not linked to it, so then already on day one, my C Surance claim wouldn't be valid, thanks to Cell C's saleswoman! Second, I reactivated my C Surance for the 1 device and was billed for the past 3 months, but when I tried to claim 2 weeks ago when the device was reported ******, I was told the insurance was cancelled, but I've been paying for it for the past 3 months. Third,I called in this morning to cancel the insurance policies, as none of my claims would be valid due to the incorrect contract number being in the wrong IMEI device and I get told the policy was canceled but I'm paying for it, I get told to hold on and then the phone gets put down, after spending 35 mins and 49 seconds.

I want a refund for the 3 months I've been billed for your stupid product but was told it was canceled during this period!
