C surance debit order took twice in one month

On 25th March 2015 C Surance debited a debit order twice of R149 for my cellphone insurance. I called them on the 27th March 2015 and told them that they deducted twice from my account, the told my on the system it show only ONE deduction and asked me to send them bank statements for proof of the double debit order they took. Since that day they haven't called me once I called them everytime and the said to me it is pending. I called them today again and the said to me I SHOULD CALL THEM FRIDAY OR MONTHS END. Its not my job to call them, they must call me. Today is the 15th of April and they haven't got back to me. As far as this is going I'm not going to pat another cent to them untill they pay me my R149 back that they still haven't done.
