C Surance CONTACT DETAILS DOESNT WORK

Yesterday I received policy documents for C surance which I DID NOT APPLY for! I Have been trying to phone their ********** 007 eversince yet it doesnt even ring. I phoned Cell C customer care and the lady said I must keep trying to phone the same number there is no other number available for C Surance. Not only was she not helpful at ALL she wasn't friendly! The numbet doesnt even ring and there is nothing wrong with my network. I have been a customer with Cell C for 6 years and I have several contracts. This is unacceptable! How do you issue insurance without the person's knowledge?? I also sent an email to the email adress provided and I keep getting messages from post master! I DONT WANT C SURANCE! I have comprehensive cover elsewhere!!!!!!!
