C-Surance Complaint

I am so disgusted by this service!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot complain enough! when I call the call centre the agents puts me on hold for 20mins after taken my ID number! then drops the line! how the hell should I get this matter resolved! I've been waiting for my device for more than 10 working days!!!

can someone get back to me! I do not want to deal with another agent!

I will take this matter further!
