C surance call centre is uselss

Cell C C Surance call Centre has wasted my time and airtime. all I wanted was to get the banking details so I can pay the excess but I struggle to get through. Every time I call someone hangs up the phone, I spent an hour and I lost count of the calls I made during that hour just for the phone to be cut off. I have never been this unhappy with a service from any service provider. The last time I called it took me forever to get through and this time the call is been deliberately cut off. I have been with Cell C for years now and this is the worst experience....!!!
