C-Surance are ****** who stoles my money
Csurance has not called me. to show that they are ****** and they are not afraid to show it they just sent me an sms to say my insurance premium will be decreased which means they gave me a phone that is less than what i was insured for . I am highly disgusted by this company. Moses Mo***eng emailed me but has not called me about anything so in the other complaint please note THEY DID NOT CALL ME!!! This company only likes to take money and not keep to their promise!!!! If someone can help me in telling me how to take this legally please advise this company is **** dont insure with them.!

31 May 2018, 15:21C surance confirmed that an email was sent to you on the 29th of May 2018, where they advised that your device was delivered to the store.

01 Jun 2018, 08:31Thats the email I quoted ....you guys have robed me and I would like to cancel all contracts with you. I wish no upgrade from your company nor anything else. I have never experienced such from such a big company. I was advised by cell c to use C-surance and here I am but you guys seem to want to take a step back from a company under you guys. I insured a phone under the R45 bracket and I was given a phone that is under the R39 bracket I dont see how you think that is not cheating me out of my money. I have been paying without fail every month through you guys and you had never said no we do no associate with C-surance when it was you who was gladly accepting my deposits every month on behalf of C-surance. now you are changing your tune on your association with them that is disgusting and very *********. I came here so I can give you a chance to rectify this problem but no you choose to ignore me! not even one of your reps have given me a call so clearly you do not care about us ( the small time insurers) but I ask anyone out there what is you insure your 15000rand iphone with csurance and you have the misfortune of it getting lost are you sure you will get an iPhone or will they give you a "similar spec'd" hauwei P20? From me i have been burnt and I say seek some other place to insure your precious well picked phone. I wish I had known about this I wouldve never insured it with them!To think I was due for and upgrade! Never Miss Me hun!
