C SURANCE AND CELL C- WHAT A JOKE!!

<p>I took out Insurance with Cell C last year, C Surance confirmed that my policy was active, they even sent me a policy schedule detailing everything. Months go by, and I notice that there are no debit orders going through, I call them and they said not to worry everything is fine and my policy is active!! Early January I contact Cell C, they tell me I dont have an active insurance policy with them, I then contact C-Surance, they tell me my policy is active and I should not worry my prem will def go off in Janauary together with my contract. STILL NOTHING GOES OFF!! For the past 6 weeks I have been hearing different stories from their consultants, all I need is someone to cofirm whether it is active, will a debit go off, or is the policy not active so that I can take my business somewhere else, and not to be suddenly debited in March 2020 and being advised that I took a contract in 2016!! </p>
