C- Surance and CELL C LALUCIA

<p>I sent my huawei media tab in for repairs through c-surance which is a cellphone insurance from cell c. I sent my tab in on the 17th of May and i still havent received it. I called C-Surance everyday and they gave me the run arounds when i requested to speak to the manager i was told that i would be called, that never happened. The staff at cell c Lalucia as been appalulingly unhelpful and gave me attitude. i have called the repair centre and they advised me that the phone has been sent to cell c LaLucia, iv been going there for the past two days without any help as they say they dont know where the phone is. its been 3months since i sent my phone in for a minor repair. I am disgusted by C-Surance and cell c Lalucia</p>
