C surance and cel c..dont ever use them

The worst service in the world ..ive been with them for 3 years as i have a contract by cel c..everytime i claim they have a story and basicaly the claim takes like 3_4 months..im so sick of it..i pay every month for a device i barely have..when you phone them..as they never phone back..they just ask you to phone back another day ..as so you do..and so the answer stays the same..the are tge insurance company of cel c( second worse service award gos to them)
