C surance

<p>Its been 3 weeks now since i lost my phone,i have tried everything and i have beeb transfered back and forth,all i need is to claim,i filled the lost claima form at the branch and i was given a ticket ID,I have already given the cell c guys all they need to process my claim but till this day i dont have a phone.i have tried everything now.im giving up.thank you so much c surance for fooling me and dont respond like you care we know you are just doing it for the audience.its fine you guys can have my phone.</p>
