<p>Hi Alicia</p> <p>i was consent about the e-mail that was sent by Thando on the 22/06/2017 hope that is the valid information and he didn't respond to me back and consent of why I was not contacted if my phone has been delivered and this Thando is not responding so I was having many Questions am aware about the period that you stated to me am not against it.</p> <p><br />now I want to know if my handsent has been delivered to CELL C Store yes or no and which address did you inform CELL C Store in Cape Town .should I go and collect it? those are the things that I want to know from at least I need to be informed or to be called by you I give you my contact number . please try to understand my frustration or take your self into my shoez. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am your customer I need to be your first priority when you sent my handsent inform me don't keep quiet, don't wait for me to send an e-mail you must take care of me it's Cell C do me wrong it must not be other way around </p> <p>Regards</p>

they contacted me on the number that I dont have with me because I don't have a handset for the SIM CARD to put it on and I give you the olternative number to contact me but you didn't use it a least you can do when they see that they can't get hold of me is to call my landline or send me an e-mail to inform that my handset has been deliverd to Cape Town Cell C , and you know what Thando did he just asked me if I did received my handset and I said no I didn't I asked him when did you sent it , when did you sent it I asked him so mny Q's but he didn't aswer me , insted of telling that my phone is at CELL C I can go and fetch it that is what you should have done for me it seens like you don't think out of the box but its fine i've got the handset
