c surance

<p>I'm in a state that make me wanna take cell c to the media they are bull ****ting people i called the c surance from the 18th April and they said they are still waiting for pending documents from cell c head office today when i call them they tell me the have received the phone usage report but cell c green stone didn't send them all the documents. and there system says i'm still using Nokia Lumia which i have upgraded last year April and the system doesnt recall the J1. I'm confused because my Lumia was not insured and and the J1 is insured and with Lumia i was paying 45 or so and with J1 is R157 if i dont get any respond within the next 24 hours im taking the matter feather to the media and i need them to explain what bull **** they are taking about when they take my money they dont ask questions but when we claim they will take you from pillar to post.</p>
