C Surance

<p>I took a Huawei Mate S contract on the 17.10.2016 at Cell C east gate</p> <p> </p> <p>on 18.10.2016 i called C surance to insure my device. i was told that application has been completed. i will receive the SMS & EMAIL confirming that my device is insured but till today i have never received the confirmation. i call c surance ********** several times but no1 picked up my call.</p> <p> </p> <p>today i called again i spoke to katlego and she did not get any records on the system, i gave her my ID number and cellphone but she did not picked anything from your system.</p> <p> </p> <p>this is so poor and disgusting. i was gonna the be under the impression that my device is insured yet is not. </p>
