C Surance

<p>C Surance is giving Cell C a terrible name! I have been trying to contact anyone from C Surance and have been unable to get through for over a month! I have emailed, called and SMSd with no answer. I have been told on numerous occasions by Cell C that they are moving offices and this is why but it's been over a month now! I can not cancel my insurance as I need to do this with them directly but can't get through in order to do so! It's ******** they are taking my money monthly but for no service what so ever!!!!!Cell C just tell say it's out of their hands as it's a third party company but they are affiliated with them. Cell C customer services try to connect you and even they can't get through and then tell you to call them directly! In case you haven't noticed the number does not work. I have held for over 35mins and was transferred back to cell C customer service who can not help! Shocking!!!!</p>
