Hi Sent in my phone to c surance. They have been giving me the run around for 1month. Always trying to get out of fixing the phone. Spoke to Donna and no help at all from her. Worst service ever. However Cell C cant intervene or assist although the insurace was taken through them. Never again will i take or upgrade my contract
