c-surance

I am so fed up of complaining that complaining is fed up with me!!!This is now the fourth consecutive time this year that i complain about cell c and i want to be compensated for this ongoing issues.Where to start in the month of July 2017 i complain due to billing issue and asked the credit that was on my account to be refunded thank you cell c for returning what was mine.Today I checked my bill and what do you see for the last 4 months. I have had no cover for my P9. Please give me a m****cript of were i said the service (c-surance) should be cancelled who was the bright spark here. I spoke to a consultant on Saturday and she promised me that she would send a mail and followup and to my surprise i say with all the enthusiasm in the world...... no followup. I am tired of this back and forth. I need the following done, A) reinstate my c-surance i dont want to pay for the last 4 months as this was not a fault caused by the user but rather the companies representative, own up to your mistakes!!! B) i do not want to have a conversation whereby i am told the packages has to start anew!! it must continue were it stopped. C) I need a formal letter from cell c and apology letter acknowledging there past and present mistakes and a grantee that this problems i have been having will come to and end. your acknowledgement on the following would really be appreciated for the appalling service i have received from your company. I am tired and have reached my last tether. If nothing is done i will take all my complaints to the ombudsman so that a decision can be made whether we continue on this path. yours sincerely R.
