C-Surance

I contacted. C surance today via your cell C branch in canal walk as I picked up from my bank statement that they were still deducting money from my bank account after I faxed through a letter over a year ago to via cell C branch to cancel this. Firstly the contract hasnt been cancelled and 2nd its been increased from R39 to R69.The consultant then placed me on hold for longer than 20 minutes to consult with her supervisor with regards to refunding me all my money that you've taken since I sent the letter, she then just drops the line! I am a really frustrated customer right now and would like to have my money paid back to me and something to be done about the agent who gave me such poor service. The number registered with the Insurance is *** and I you can reach me on *** . I have logged a complaint several times regarding the disgusting service I always receive from your contact centre, yet nothing seems to done about it! What is the point of rating the service you receive? Not Like you do anything about it! I want a call back with a resolution to my complaint, not some long sad story saying you're sorry
