C surance
My lock button on my phone has stopped working. I phoned C surance to find out about the claim process I was told I should get a claim for, from a cell c store. After arriving at the cell c store I was told that they do not keep these forms and I need to get this from C surance. After going back and forth between the insurance company and cell c store for 3 weeks I am then told I need to R 7 500 to replace my phone!!! What the hell is the point of insurance if I need to pay the cash value of my phone upfront!!!
