I am highly ****ed with the service you guys offer us as customers. The amount of *********** people working in the C Surance by Cell C is highly shocking. Made a claim last week Monday 2nd of November 2015 for a phone, which C Surance did not have and they promised me another phone instead. When I phoned in today to enquire about the phone no one knows anything about my claim and order which was suppose to be delivered at Umlazi mega city cell c. The person that was responsible for a order of an alternative phone is Thami Zulu to my surprise that person has not made that order. Pathetic service from Cell C and C Surance highly disappointed.The call I made today I spoke to two ladies Portia Nobhala and Masego Khunou which where trying to rectify their collegues.
