C stands for "*********" in the name "Cell C". Cell C and their partners in crime, Vumatel, makes you pay monthly for something which they cannot deliver. When you log complaints with them, they tell you to contact each other. Cell C tells you to contact Vumatel and vice-versa. This cat-and-mouse game between these two "Looters" is astonishing. We have reference numbers for all the complaints logged with Cell C and Vumatel. The Cell ********* close your tickets WITHOUT resolving the issues. They insist on charging you for a technician to come on-site for their network problems. How convenient of them? ICASA has been made aware of these complaints. Why should we pay our monthly subscription fees, when we are not receiving what we are paying for? For your information, Dear Cell *********, taking money from your customers and not providing the service they pay for, is THEFT. I find it ironic that Cell C is currently millions of rand in debt and on the verge of complete collapse. Hmmm....I wonder why ? Karma perhaps ??
