<p>Am not happy with the service I've been getting from c-sure insuring I have a claim that I made two month back still today haven't got assistance.. now I've been calling to confirm if proof of payment has been received for access since friday and agents keep on telling me to call back to check first of all when you call they call center you will hold for hours to get through and when you call is finally answered they still put you on hold for long till the line gets disconnected and they will never get back to you.. the agent don't even give you the whole process or procedure to follow am not happy at all.. </p>

No one has contacted me only received an e-mail from you guys asking for I'd number, I sent proof of payment on the 23rd September till today no response last month I paid for something I didn't even use. This morning I called c insurance again was placed on hold till the call got disconnected and no one even got back to me .. Am really disappointed in the service.
