C-Insurance

<p>Hi. I have a problem with the C-Insurance. I requested to end a contract with them 2 months ago but they still continue to debit money from my account. The reason why i wanted to terminate the contract, was because my iPhone's screen cracked. So I requested that it got fixed but C-Insurance demanded that I pay R4200 for that phone to be fixed. My question was why am I having the insurance in the first place. When I call them at first they said they didn't have my profile with them. Then their next story was that I requested the termination of a contract too late after their financial run. So I decided to reverse that amount this month after they deducted but I was denied access to outgoing calls.I am so FRUSTRATED by this poor service</p>
